Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Dharhara P.S.Case No. 186 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of his wife.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that marriage was solemnized 10 years back and she was mentally disturbed and as such she fled away from the house and information was given to her family members on 28.9.2017 and on 2.10.2017 her dead body was recovered at Shileshwar Bahiyar Railway track and it appears that she committed suicide and petitioner is in custody since 5.10.2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Dharhara P.S.Case No. 186 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
