ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 Having gone through the impugned orders, I am not inclined to interfere with the judgment dated 29.7.2015 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge Gaya in Criminal (Juvenile) Appeal No.3 of 2015/49 of 2014, by which he has upheld the order dated 10.7.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya in G.R. case No.1713 of 2006/Trial No.471 of 2013 arising out of Gaya Civil Lines P.S. case No.154 of 2006, by which he has refused to declare the Petitioner a juvenile.

The application stands dismissed.
