Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced during the course of investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2019.

In this case vide order dated 8.7.2019 case diary was called for.

Learned counsel for the State after going through case diary would submit that the case diary is in complete. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42111 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 from the case diary it does not appear that there is specific material to connect this petitioner in the commission of crime. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S.
