The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.223 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 188, 337, 427, 379, 504, 506, 295, 295A of the Indian Penal Code & Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act, 1897, 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 1951 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation that the accused petitioners are tried to stop the Barat by using lathi, farsha and gun and restrained the barati and have also taken away jewellery and cash, I am not inclined to grant benefit of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51622 of 2021(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
