2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 820 of 2019, instituted under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. Mediation report is filed by the learned Mediator to the effect that the dispute between the parties has been resolved. Both the parties are residing together.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have also conceded the said fact.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties and report of the learned Mediator, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 820 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
