2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner humbly submits that for seeking the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Bihar State Election Authority, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 4) which may be directed to be disposed of on merit after hearing the petitioner within a fixed time frame.
4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsels for the Respondents do not have any objection.
5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Bihar State Election Authority, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 4) within fifteen days from the date of this order and if such a representation is filed, the same shall be heard and disposed of on merit after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise should be completed within three months from the date of filing of the representation.
