2. Learned counsel draws the attention of the Court towards application filed before the respondent No.-4 (The Child Development Project Officer, Balia, District -Begusarai). The same is stated to be received on 15-10-2020 in the office of respondent No.4 (Annexure-4).

3. Since the issue is yet to be considered by Respondent No.4, the Court is not called up to adjudicate any

Patna High Court CWJC No.1727 of 2021(6) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 issue for the present. This Court would only observe that the respondent No.4 should take a final decision on the petitioner's claim expeditiously by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
