Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 302, 328 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court, having found that there was a dying declaration of the deceased given to the informant that it was the petitioner who had forcibly not only married the deceased but also had poisoned her, is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
