The petitioner is seeking direction from this Court to respondent No.5 to comply with an order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Siwan in Mutation Appeal No. 74 of 2015-16 dated 19.07.2017, whereby the Circle Officer, Mairwa had been directed to hear the parties and verify the question of possession over the land in question. It is alleged that the Circle Officer had issued notice to the parties on 04.06.2018 and thereafter he is sitting tight over the matter causing great sufferings to the petitioner.

3. If the petitioner has a grievance that despite the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13503 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Siwan, the Circle Officer, Mairwa is not disposing of the application for mutation, the petitioner can raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Siwan. If the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Siwan with his representation along with a copy of the present order, the Court would expect the District Magistrate, Siwan to look into the matter and examine whether the Circle Officer, Mairwa while not discharging his duties as alleged in the writ petition has rendered himself to any disciplinary action.

4. This application is disposed of with the above direction.
