Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 59962 of 2021. Vide order dated 14.09.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case is pending for police paper. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
