2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 354(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that as per F.I.R. itself, allegation against petitioner no. 1 and 2 are of assault. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner no. 3 is only alleged to have assaulted with fists & slaps to the informant. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the

No.43068 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023, G.R. No. 449 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
