JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents, brother, brother's wife and unmarried sisters of the husband of the informant's daughter are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant's daughter and this fact has been recorded by the learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34296 of 2016 (2) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 Judge in the impugned order but even then prayer of the petitioners has been rejected.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant's daughter, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
