Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri Town PS Case No. 833 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second anticipatory bail of the petitioner as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the same as the petitioner has earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 60730 of 2023 and the same was dismissed by a reasoned order dated 5-3-2024.

Accordingly, the second anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
