Learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed us at considerable length. Certain disputed questions of fact are involved. He, thus, prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding before the Civil Court, including filing of appropriate petition in the pending Title Suit.
