2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of total 120 liters of liquor from the bags and the petitioner was apprehended on spot.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He further submitted that petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.05.2024. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
