JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2021 The present writ petition has though been filed for quashing the order dated 11.05.2020 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Supaul, whereby and where under the PDS license of the shop of the petitioner bearing license No.145/2016 has been cancelled, but the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority as per the provision contained in Rule 32 (iii) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016. The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent State, Shri Upendra Pratap Singh, AC to SC-4, has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.1317 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the impugned order dated 11.05.2020 before the appellate authority and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
