The petitioner seeks bail in Giriyak P.S. Case No. 288 of 2017, instituted for the offences under Section(s) 379 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sadhu Yadav.
