The State has filed a supplementary counter affidavit in the matter stating that earlier orders of this Court has been complied and the petitioner has been given possession of his land from which he was forcibly dispossessed by respondent nos. 6 and 7. The respondent no.6 has also signed in a letter attached with this affidavit saying that he has given the possession of the land in question.
