1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner has antecedent of one case and he is alleged to have fired causing injury to the brother of the informant.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
