2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the above named petitioners for quashing the order dated 31.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 04/2023 in ABA No. 1472/2022, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Begusarai has been pleased dismiss the same. The petitioners further prays for extension of time for surrender granted by the learned court below in the connected order dated 22.07.2022 passed in ABA No. 1472/2022 in connection with Cheriabariyarpur Police Station Case No. 167/2019 dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46685 of 2024(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 06.11.2019, registered for offences under sections 341,342,323,448,324,379,354(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, DistrictBegusarai.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the time granted for surrendering pursuant to the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in ABA No. 1472 of 2022 by the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai is extended by four weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands allowed.
