05-09-2016 Heard Sri Vijay Vardhan Pandey, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Dhananjay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Shyam Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Three petitioners have approached this Court, with a plea to grant bail in the event of arrest, whereas, fact remains that during investigation, petitioners were on police bail, which fact has been stated by learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. In view of the fact that petitioners were already on police bail, there is no reason to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.

The petitioners, if so advised, may avail appropriate
