2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 181 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The dead body of the brother of the informant was recovered from the branch of the Bank. The petitioner has been found involved in the crime.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2025 and is involved in 14 serious cases.

5. The petitioner is an absconder in a case of 2011 and considering the allegation, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as the fact that he is involved in the crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
