====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 12.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 58912 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender in time, as such, he has preferred the second anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43232 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 cannot move the Court at his leisure.

Considering the submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura/successor Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
