2/5 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 457, 380, 354(A), 307, 298, 376, 511, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused persons, including the petitioners, came and assaulted him, Santosh and Deepak with an intention to give religious colour causing grievous injury, it is next alleged that they also misbehaved with Kiran Devi and took Rs. 50,000/-, further Pravej and Nazare had assaulted Santosh and Deepak with farsa causing injury on head and shoulder.

petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that allegation against them of assault is general and omnibus in nature, it is further submitted that specific allegation of assault is against Pravej and Nazare of assaulting Santosh and Deepak with farsa causing injury on head and shoulder.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

3/5 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
