Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. case No.104 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the I.P.C. At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the informant has already received the amount in question and now the informant does not have any grievance against the petitioner. It is further submitted that as a matter of fact present case was lodged under some misconception which was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31002 of 2016 (4) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 later on removed and thereafter both parties settled their dispute amicably.
Learned counsel for the informant seconded the above stated submission.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail application is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. case No.104 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
