The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non-consideration of the case of the petitioners for

Patna High Court CWJC No.1931 of 2021(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 choice transfer and posting in terms of Rule 5(Kha) of the Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rule, 2018. The aforesaid Rule provides for choice transfer and posting.

Without going into the merit of the writ application, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) to decide the claim of the petitioners for choice transfer and posting at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
