I do not find any ground to modify my previous order dated 07.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 283 of 2015. Accordingly, this modification petition filed in connection with Complaint Case No. 143 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands dismissed. However, if petitioner makes prayer for confirmation of his provisional bail on the ground of non-cooperation of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34856 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 complainant (opposite party no. 2), the concerned court shall pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
