ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the orders dated 19.1.2015 and 2.3.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 1968 of 2015.
The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 19.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 1968 of 2015 and by order dated 2.3.2016, the anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner was confirmed.
It has been submitted that the Petitioner has not surrendered before the Court below within stipulated time as directed by this Court earlier, but has been regularly depositing the amount so decreed.
Be that as it may, the order confirming Provisional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26799 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail to the Petitioner is modified to the extent that the Petitioner be surrendered before the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014, within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, and shall be released on bail on the condition mentioned in the order dated 2.3.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 1968 of 2015.
The application stands allowed.
