2. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner; Shri Krishna Prasad submits that in paragraph 03 of the petition, the petitioner had said that he has clean antecedent but now the petitioner has said that he has two criminal antecedents.

4. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

5. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the main assailant. He has shot the deceased in his eye. Petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45784 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 in jail since 06.07.2023.

6. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
