No one appears on behalf of the Power Distribution Company/Electricity Board.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation as made out is not exactly correct and the matter regarding forged signature is yet under verification. The offence would be made out only after it is found that the signatures were in fact forged and fabricated by the present petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

No.30575 of 2016 (2) dt.09-09-2016 case and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner of having forged signatures of Electrical Engineer which is yet under verification and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Jay Nagar P.S.
