Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is of committing rape upon the sister of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is a married person who is living with his wife and children. In Medical Examination doctor found no sign of any external or internal injury upon the body of the victim. He has

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional-Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018.
