JUSTICE RANJAN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the vigilance.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.

3. The present FIR is one of the FIR in series resulting out of getting service after submission of allegedly forged and fabricated document/certificate.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated and he has not submitted any such document as alleged. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42936 of 2026(2) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 petitioner has already been suspended after institution of FIR since 12.05.2026. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid submission and in particular that the petitioner has already been put under suspension, in that view of the matter prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur with P.S. Case No. 212 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further conditions that:- One of the bailors must be close relative of the petitioner.
