JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 It appears that by the impugned order dated 10.10.2014, the learned Sub Judge VIII, Patna allowed the intervention application filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Title Suit No.538 of 1993.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the said respondent Nos.1 and 2 are purchasers of portion of the suit property from the plaintiff. The objection was raised only on the ground that no consideration amount has been paid by the interveners. The Court below recorded clear finding that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are necessary party in the suit as they are purchasers.

In such view of the matter, in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction, this Court cannot interfere with the impugned order passed by the Court below.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
