2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 489(b), 489(c), 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Suman Kumar from whose room 60 old fake currency of Rs. 100/- and 17 new fake currency of Rs. 50/- and 38 currency of Rs. 2000/-, total fake currency note of total Rs. 85,850/- were recovered. The ATM card, mobile, Adhar card, driving licence was also recovered. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39952 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 confession of co-accused Suman Kumar. The room of the petitioner was searched from where fake currency has also been recovered.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
