====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 488 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the informant while he was returning to Amarpur by his Motorcycle and when he reached near Chapri More, three persons travelling on a motorcycle apprehended him and snatched his bag containing money from him and fled away. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, he has been roped in the present case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Kumar Sah @ Maruti and he is non-FIR named accused as well as he is in custody since 15.05.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37901 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Class, Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with -Amarpur P.S. Case No. 488 of 2016.
