JUSTICE RANJAN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.

3. The present FIR is one of the FIR in series resulting out of getting service after submission of allegedly forged and fabricated document/certificate.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not submitted any such document as alleged. The petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44911 of 2026(2) dt.17-07-2026 2/2 already been suspended after institution of FIR since 12.05.2026. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions and in particular that the petitioner has already been put under suspension, in that view of the matter the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka/concerned court, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further conditions that:- One of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
