2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 341 , 307, 354 (A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , specific allegation of assault with brick is against co-accused Dunita Devi and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault by fists and slap . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
