It is agreed at the Bar that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18382 of 2008 dt.10-08-2015 2/2 However, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that Rs. 5401/- has been paid less on the head of gratuity. From the materials on record, this Court finds that the said amount was paid much earlier and later on further payment has been made in January, 2015. Thus, the amount claimed to have been deducted by the authorities seems to have been paid much earlier. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.

However, if it is a fact that despite issuance of pension and gratuity payment order some amount has yet not been actually received by the petitioner, he may bring it to the notice of the respondents no. 3 and 5 along with a copy of this order within three weeks from today by filing a representation.

If such a representation is filed enclosing supporting document(s) showing that the amount of Rs. 5401/- has yet not been actually received by the petitioner, the authorities will ensure that the same is paid within two weeks thereafter.
