JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.103/2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 326/ 307/ 34/ 379/ 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner and all the family members have been made as accused by the informant, while earlier a case was registered against the informant by the petitioner's mother and it is a counter blast to the same. I have considered the submissions, taking into consideration, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall
