The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the S.D.J.M. Jamui.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Yadav showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47197 of 2015 (3) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 submits that informant has claimed to identify the culprits as such petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
