The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341/323/504/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and his friend Amit Kumar by means of pistol and rod inflicting bleeding head injury to both of them and snatched their cash of Rs. 3500/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant. Injuries sustained by the victims are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Doctor has not found any

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018.
