It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that though I.A. No.8981 of 2016 was filed for substitution of legal heirs after expunging the name of original writ petitioner, who died on 01.10.2014, the same has been withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.12.2016 in order to file another appropriate application for substitution of legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Till date, no substitution petition has been filed after withdrawal of aforesaid I.A. No.8981 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.7510 of 2014 (7) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 disposed of.
