JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that one white colour Safari vehicle was intercepted by the police in which nine persons were found sitting. They could not produce paper on demand. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. He has no concern with the vehicle in question. He is in custody since 7.5.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55351 of 2018 (3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
