The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged offence, the petitioner has already been in custody for more than 10 months.

Considering the period of custody and also the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Dholbajja
