The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379, 504 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other FIR named accused persons threw the daughter of the informant into burning fire of ghura (rubbish heap), as a result of which, daughter of the informant received some burn injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., took place and it appears that the daughter of the informant has received injury in some other way and in some other manner and due to previous enmity, this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

The percentage of burn is 7% and 9% respectively on the face and right arm, which seems to be simple in nature. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and she has actively participated in the alleged occurrence.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
