ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 03.09.2003 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Purnea in S.Tr. No. 517 of 2011 by which he has refused the prayer of the prosecution to examine a formal witness under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for marking the typed written statement of the Informant namely Gulia Devi as exhibit.
It appears that the said Gulia Devi has already been examined by the Presiding Officer. In such circumstances, the Court below was perfectly justified in refusing the prayer. Hence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
