The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pakribrawan P.S. case No. 107 of 2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 354, 379, 34 of the IPC.
The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they came to his Darwaja and began to abuse only because the informant paid respect to one of the relations of her who also happens to be relation of the accused. It is alleged that accused persons forcibly entered into her house and assaulted her.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old man. No occurrence as alleged by the informant took place but on account of some family dispute this case has been lodged.

No.39870 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that there is counter version being complaint case No. 343 of 2019 and petitioner is an old man, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada in connection with Pakribrawan P.S. case No. 107 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
