NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the parties. All the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. The petitioner has been granted the benefit of A.C.P. w. e. f. 09.08.1999, which finds place in the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 by the Selection Board held on 21st May, 2010. The petitioner has also been granted promotion to the post of Sub Inspector of Police, vide Annexure-A of the counter affidavit.

However, if the petitioner has any grievance remaining, he may approach the competent authority i.e. respondent no. 4, Inspector General of Police, Patna Region by filing a representation which will be looked into and disposed of by the said respondent in a fair manner.
