KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.88 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1 -b)a/26 (ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and one another coaccused, who had been arrested by the police, is of recovery of two regular guns and twelve live cartridges. The gun was concealed in gunny bag and live cartridges were concealed in one another bag as contained in Annexure-1. He has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
