Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328,302,379,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Bikram Kumar Chaudhary, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.35174 of 2016. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1988 of 2021(4) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.490 of 2019 arising out of Sadar (Mabbi O.P.)Police Station Case No.273 of 2013 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
